Savvy Saturday - 8/11

Note - I'll probably make these articles bi monthly depending on the responses I receive.

Ikat Print Button Up
Forever 21 is known for "you get what you pay for", but their pieces are great for the broke college student.  They have many cute blouses for all under twenty dollars.  If you're looking to buy a cheap blouse, F21 would be the place to go.

Baby Baby Top
One of the things I love about Free People is the great sales.  This studded halter is fifty dollars cheaper than the original price.  If you're still looking for shorts, these high waisted biker shorts may be the answer.  Also, FP categorizes their sales by how much the item is, which makes shopping within a budget easier.

Nasty Gal x Jeffrey Campbell Orion Studded Boot
If only Litas were practical for a college student...sigh.  Litas are a seemingly solid staple in the fashion community right now, and Nasty Gal has a couple on sale.  Other than shoes, there are many other sale items, like this lace top with blue details.

  • Madewell has a cute cardigan on sale, but that's beside the point.  They have a discount of 20% if you spend over 150 dollars.  So, if you have the money and love Madewell, it's your lucky day.
  • Zara has a sweet knit mint cardigan and a basic tee on sale right now.

Not a ton of sales going on this weekend, but feel free to tell me if I missed any in the comments.

  3. They do have some great blouses...and blouses are something that I tend to cycle through more...so I don't mind them being cheap and disposable, haha. I also really love their jewelry.

  15. I always hand wash delicate F21 pieces so they have a little longevity. Some blouses I bought four years ago to wear while working at a fancy restaurant, and they're still kickin'! Hard to believe but, seriously - TLC goes a long way.
